Started in 2017, iCare Transport is Hampton Roads’ rising premier transportation company. We specialize in non-emergency transportation for individuals in wheelchairs, with physical disabilities and/or other developmental challenges. We provide our clients with safe, dependable, professional transportation to medical and mental health appointments, work, church, special events and shopping.

 We are proud subsidiaries of Brown Community Enterprises, a local human services organization also in Hampton, Virginia. Serving the community is our PASSION because, well, we have to hold one another UP to improve the quality of life for generations to come! We offer safe, courteous, personable drivers who focus on road safety first! An iCare Transport experience will help to remove that stress and anxiety that individuals and families might have when they are trying to get a loved one to an appointment safe, comfortable and on time. iCare Transport takes pride in providing comfortable, clean, pleasant transportation.  We want to be known for providing the level of service usually not afforded but by that of a family member.
